Job Title: Remote Property Manager (Short-Term Rentals)

Our client focuses on candidates based in the Americas, Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and India), and Europe, as most of the properties in the client's portfolio are located in these regions. Please ensure you are within these regions.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
• Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance
• Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay
• Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred)
• Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
