On behalf of them, we are looking for a results-driven Crowdsourcing Recruiter to hire the best talents for our AI data services (data annotation, data collection, content moderation, etc.).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Overseas Crowdsourcing Recruitment to lead global talent acquisition strategies for flexible workforce and crowdsourcing operations. This role will be responsible for building scalable sourcing channels, delivering recruitment solutions for global projects, and driving workforce cost optimization across multiple international markets.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in crowdsourcing recruitment, workforce operations, and international talent acquisition, preferably within AI, data services, content moderation, localization, or IT outsourcing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Crowdsourcing Talent & Channel Development
- Design and execute global recruitment strategies for crowdsourcing and part-time talent.
- Build, develop, and maintain international sourcing channels, including freelance platforms, crowdsourcing communities, and industry networks.
- Identify new talent acquisition channels and partnership opportunities to increase talent availability and recruitment efficiency.
- Continuously expand and strengthen talent pipelines across key markets.
Recruitment Delivery & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global crowdsourcing projects.
- Source, assess, and recruit specialized talent, including multilingual professionals, technical experts, and niche-skilled contributors.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pools to support rapid project deployment and workforce scalability.
- Partner closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified talent within project timelines.
Workforce Pricing & Cost Management
- Establish and maintain compensation benchmarks for crowdsourcing talent across different countries and regions.
- Monitor labor market trends and provide pricing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning, cost estimation, and project budgeting activities.
- Drive recruitment efficiency while maintaining cost competitiveness and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crowdsourcing, flexible workforce, gig worker, or part-time talent recruitment.
- Experience managing remote or distributed recruitment teams is highly preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting for AI data annotation, content moderation, translation, localization, IT outsourcing, crowdsourced testing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of global crowdsourcing and freelance platforms.
- Knowledge of international workforce models, compliance considerations, and labor cost structures.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration abilities and experience working with international teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale AI data collection or AI training data projects.
- Familiarity with global gig economy ecosystems and workforce marketplaces.
- Experience building recruitment channels and talent communities from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and cost management.
